Role
As a Service Plumber you will be responsible for responding to service calls, diagnosing plumbing issues, and providing effective solutions to our clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and reliable services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing techniques, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Service Plumbers will be required to drive and travel throughout Central and South Florida for work
Responsibilities
- Respond to service calls promptly and professionally.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and malfunctions.
- Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Use a variety of plumbing tools and equipment to complete service tasks.
- Ensure compliance with all plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, work performed, and materials used.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in plumbing technology.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to drive and travel throughout Central and South Florida for work
- Proven experience as a plumber, with a minimum of 3 years in service plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and materials.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to navigate customer portals on computers and mobile devices.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy equipment and materials.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and be on-call as needed.
