The client provides information technology (IT) services, including business outsourcing, infrastructure technology, and application services. The application service offered by the company includes application development, maintenance, and support. The markets served by the company are financial services and insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, government, transportation, communications, and consumer and retail industries.
Salary Range: $125K-130K/Annum + Benefits
Job Description:
- Relevant Service Now experience with 8+ years
- Service Now experience in Implementation, design, development, documentation, deployment, and post-production support following Software Life-cycle using SDLC with Agile.
- Experience on Incident Management, Request, Problem Management and Change Management.
- Experience on Service Catalog items and SLA.
- Experience with Import sets and Update Sets.
- Experience on UI policy and Client scripts.
- Experience on Business rules, Script includes and UI action.
- Experience in Workflows and Flow designers.
- Experience in Service Portal and Reports/dashboard.
- Experience in Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent.
- Experience on ServiceNow platform support and administration
- Proficiency with various features and functionalities of the ServiceNow platform
- Experience working in Agile Practices (e.g. SAFE, Scrum)
- Integrations and REST API automation, JDBC Integrations.
- Automated testing using tools such as ServiceNow ATF
- Business analysis and design
- Server/infrastructure administration
- Security, Governance, Risk & Compliance -- with good aptitude on development and configuration skills
