  As A Service Navigator You Will:

• Conduct customer intakes to assess needs and link them to available resources.
• Assist with providing necessary technology resources and support services (connecting the unconnected).
• Promote learning and digital proficiency.
• Assist with planning and organizing community wellness and education events at CEO.
• Conduct outreach and engagement to assist with communication of available resources internally and externally.
• Work with community partners and stakeholders to collaboratively meet the needs of the low-income community, with a specific focus on disadvantaged youth.
• Maintain files, services, and case notes for customers in a centralized intake database

Qualifications:

• AAS degree in human services or equivalent combination of education, training and experience providing resource services.
• High proficiency with computer skills, specifically Microsoft office, email and website access.
• Previous experience in direct customer assistance
• Understanding of how to assist individuals with technology support and training.
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and highly detail oriented.
• Clean and valid NYS driver’s license
• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field preferred
• 4+ years of direct service or outreach experience preferred
• Prior experience with a centralized database and digital file management
