•CCC – Enterprise Service Operations Center
oThe center is comprised of self-help knowledge portals as well as remote Service Desk resolution support and in-field customer engagement support for the Defense Department’s intelligence information systems customers worldwide
oOur customer acts as the first point of contact to resolve technical issues quickly and help DIA customers seek ideas via self-help knowledge portals
As part of the program, the customer will manage the Service Desk – which consists of self-help knowledge portals, remote Service Desk resolution support and in-field customer engagement support – for the Department of Defense Intelligence Information Systems global customers. CSRA will also consolidate and standardize remote and in-field customer support at the enterprise level
