CENTRAL JERSEY EQUIPMENT is seeking an equipment repair shop SERVICE MANAGER with PROVEN management experience. This position requires a TEAM ORIENTED personality to manage customer interactions, reports, and oversee service technicians and admin TEAM. The SERVICE MANAGER ensures excellent customer service, maintains strong relationships with customers and service technician / admin TEAM members.
The PRIMARY functions of the role are to SUPERVISE and LEAD all maintenance processes and operations to ensure optimal customer service. PROBLEM SOLVING and COMMUNICATION SKILLS are a must to ensure department ACCOUNTABILITY. Qualifications:
· Must have at least 3 years previous Service Department Management experience and previous supervisory experience.
· Basic understanding of financial principles relative to Service Department Operations
· Turf/Ag equipment experience preferred
· Excellent customer service skills
· Must be computer savvy.
· Must be proficient in MS Office Suite
· Must be proficient with Internet applications
· Must have proficient oral and written skills
· Must have a HS Diploma or GED / College degree preferred

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
