Who We're Looking For:
We are looking for an energetic, organized Service Coordinator with strong communication skills!
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound repair calls from new and existing customers and process orders accordingly
- Ensure all parts for the orders are available and staged for jobs before dispatching
- Schedule and dispatch all maintenance and repair orders
- Process any rental orders, and dispatch accordingly
- Clearly communicate with the technicians their jobs for the day and any specifics regarding them
- Maintain communication with technicians throughout day, update orders, add to calendar, etc.
- Clearly communicate with customers when a technician will be on site to complete the work
- Monitor and process all Technician Requests that relate to your department
- Monitor service jobs that are "Awaiting Parts" and keep customers informed
- Review orders daily and build the technician calendar for a 21 day period, with an understanding of efficient route planning
- Manage the technician Emergency Service Roster
- Monitor incoming email and emergency Service Request orders
- Miscellaneous admin tasks for service as needed
- Log oil samples and send out
Working Hours:
- Monday through Friday
- 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
