Title: Service Coordinator/Estimating Assistant

Reports To: VP of Project Management
Summary:
Responsible for processing and scheduling company related service activities for the Tristate area. Obtains information from clients and/or sales for scheduling and dispatching service technicians. Overall responsibility is ensuring clients are being serviced in a timely, efficient manner. Assist estimator with reviewing project requests, submitting to subc0ntractors, leveling and awarding of work.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Main point of contact for service issues that come in via the website, calls or from sales and customer service.
- Gather information required for service tech and warranty information. If not under warranty a quote will be issued to the client prior to any work being done.
- Enter orders into CORE and schedule service call on the bridge.
- Compare the daily work log with orders and update costs as needed.
- Review backlog and invoice work once completed.
- Interact with clients routinely, handling unexpected circumstances and misunderstandings diplomatically.
- Manage service inventory to ensure product is stocked and available to avoid making duplicate service calls to clients.
- Responsible for service punchlists, ordering parts, quoting labor and products and follow up with clients.
- Maintain and schedule demo chai deliveries as requested by sales.
- Review project request from sales and PM for accuracy and correct counts. Submit to Subcontractors for labor pricing
- Review and level quotes when the come back and award.

Required Experience, Skills, and Education:
- Installation knowledge of systems furniture and case goods required.
- Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, integrity, and sound judgement in business transactions, and providing the highest level of customer service.
- Interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a wide range of people both within the company and outside the company.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Installation, logistical and warehouse experience preferred.
Physical Demands:
- Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces.
- Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another.
- Adjusting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions.
- Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing
- Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
Work Environment:
- Work performed in fast-paced office environment daily with visits to various sites including warehouse, construction sites, client sites and offices
