What you'll do with "Our Training and Your Experience"

  • Convergint's greatest strength is our people! Every colleague is encouraged to participate in our Recruit Awesome People program, helping us grow Convergint by promoting our colleague-first culture and referring top talent to the Talent Acquisition Team and hiring managers.
  • Completes Service Agreement review and potential changes for renewal.
  • Adjust existing contracts to cover new or additional equipment or labor coverage.
  • Review new Service Agreements with the sales team and process/book the new contracts into the system.
  • Maintain a Smartsheet of all contracts with relevant information.
  • Updates, populates, maintains and develops customer service binders to maximize customer service and satisfaction.
  • Process Procurement of Materials for Service Contracts.
  • Schedules and follows up on all monthly maintenance customer accounts. This includes ensuring timely communication with contract customers, and key subcontractors. Meets monthly to discuss required contracts work orders and reviews upcoming Preventative Maintenance visits.
  • Accurately and on a timely basis administers system changes, including adding new sites, adding flag note, and modifying customer site changes.
  • Acts as our customer's best service provider at all times thereby ensuring Convergint is the customer's first choice for service.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

What You'll Need
  • Exceptional telephone and personal customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills.
  • Basic financial knowledge and skills-ability to understand basic financials such as accounts receivable/payable, purchase orders, work orders, etc.
  • Solid organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and direction in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements:
Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience
Preferred Experience: (but not required):
  • 1-3 years' experience in customer service, with contract sales or contract management preferred.
  • Experience in a construction industry environment is a plus.
  • Business Finacial knowledge, as applies to managing contracts.
