Toyota of El Cajon is looking for a Full Time Lead BDC Member to provide our customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls
Setting Appointments using Xtime Software
Greet guest and assist with any questions they may have
training for additional duties that will be assigned
Qualifications
Prior experience in a Service BDC preferred
Ability to train others on phone etiquette and professionalism
Prior phone experience.
Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written.
Professional appearance and outstanding work ethic.
Great attitude with a high-energy personality.
Superior customer service skills.
Self-starter and self-motivated.
Ability to work well in a process-driven environment.
