What We’re Looking For

Toyota of El Cajon is looking for a Full Time Lead BDC Member to provide our customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls

• Setting Appointments using Xtime Software

• Greet guest and assist with any questions they may have

• training for additional duties that will be assigned

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a Service BDC preferred

• Ability to train others on phone etiquette and professionalism

• Prior phone experience.

• Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written.

• Professional appearance and outstanding work ethic.

• Great attitude with a high-energy personality.

• Superior customer service skills.

• Self-starter and self-motivated.

• Ability to work well in a process-driven environment.
