SalaryResponsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to determine RV issues and maintenance needs
- Schedule appointments and prioritize work orders
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Perform quality checks on completed jobs before returning RV's to customers
- Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs
- Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of RV/Motor Home maintenance schedules and requirements
- Experience in upselling automotive services or products
- Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain financial records
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Previous experience in auto service management is a plus
