Server/Waiter

Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and experienced Server to join our team at Sushi Hai in the highlands. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties:

- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner

- Take food and beverage orders accurately

- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu

- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables

- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues

- Process payments using the POS system

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant

- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Experience:

- Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required

- Strong knowledge of basic math for handling payments

- Excellent guest service skills with the ability to anticipate needs and exceed expectations

- Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations

- Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and payment transactions

- Experience with reservation platforms such as OpenTable is a plus
