Server/Team Lead

Fire Bar and Grill is hiring for full-time and part-time Servers & Bartenders to join our team! We are looking for_ Experienced Servers and Bartenders_ with a passion for hospitality. Servers and Bartenders are responsible for creating memorable experiences for guests through high-quality drinks and food served in our Crystal Lake, location.

High energy level with ability to work independently or with a team.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations effectively.
• Team player who is eager to help out wherever on the staff is busy. Is able to maintain composure in high stress situations. Is able to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment where speed is needed in order to get things done. Is able to maintain composure in a high stress environment where stress levels are high in a working environment. Is able to maintain composure when talking about sensitive topics with family members or other employees. Is willing to learn new skills where needed.
