Services to be Provided by Consultant;

• Localized Support of infrastructure and systems at local data centers
• Server and virtualization support
• Coordination and Collaboration with local network teams on firewall support
• Server maintenance and builds
• General maintenances, supp9ort as requested by security, applications or other technical teams
• Data center migration support
• Upgrading Data Center Hardware & Software/Operating Systems
• Data Distribution & Storage Management
• Backup process
• Emergency planning
• Technical support
