About Us:
At Ventana, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service and upscale dining experiences for our members. Our community offers an elegant, warm and welcoming environment where seniors can thrive, and we are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Part-Time Servers.

Flexible schedules: Monday - Saturday, (2:00 pm - 8:30 pm), Sundays (9:00 am - 3:30 pm)

Pay: $17.00/hr

Server Job Summary:
As a Part-Time Server, you will play a vital role in creating a positive dining experience for our members. Working closely with our culinary team, you will assist in the presentation and serving of meals. Your friendly and attentive service will contribute to the overall dining experience and satisfaction of our members, fostering a sense of luxury, community and connection in our dining venues.

Responsibilities:

• Greet members warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve meals promptly and courteously, adhering to established service standards.
• Ensure that dining areas are clean, organized, and set up according to guidelines.
• Provide attentive and personalized service to members, addressing any special dietary requests or preferences.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to maintain smooth and efficient dining operations.
• Follow food safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with members, families, and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
