Gelato Shop

Responsibilities:

• Open close the store based (operating hours: 7 AM - 10 PM, 2 shifts).
• Maintain a clean, organized storefront.
• Proactively address cleaning needs and report maintenance issues.
• Prepare and manage ice cream displays and freezers and serve customers
• Prepare and manage coffee machines and serve customers
• Handle incoming deliveries and stock management.
• Process orders from various channels (phone, message, email, online).
• Develop knowledge about our products to assist and inform customers.
• Uphold excellent customer service standards.
• Collaborate with the team for store performance enhancement.
• Manage inventory, highlighting low-stock items.
• Perform cleaning duties as required.

• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
