Hours: Closed Mondays, Tues-Sun 4pm-9pm
Great place to work. Must know/ have experience with Italian cuisine and fine dining style restaurants.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
Skills:
- Previous experience in food service or bartending preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Strong math skills for accurately calculating customer tabs and making change
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a positive experience for guests
- Flexibility to work in various settings, including restaurants, banquets, and catering events
