What we are looking for:
- Bartender drink-making experience. (Fine dining experience a PLUS)
- Friendly, outgoing personality and strong interpersonal skills
- Superior communication skills
- Reliability (show up on time and as scheduled in uniform ready to go)
- Team player ~ provide beverages to waitstaff with good attitude
- Wine knowledge a plus
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and major holidays (except Thanksgiving. Carson’s is closed that day)
- ServSafe and BASSET certifications current or renewed
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
Skills
- Understanding of good hygiene and food safety rules
- Physical ability with stamina to stand and move quickly and efficiently during high volume times
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends

- Politely serve customers by anticipating needs, initiating conversation, offering assistance and recommendations
- Check identification to ensure customers meet minimum age requirements for consuming alcoholic beverages.
- Responsibly serve customers alcohol according to safe serve
- Mix and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons and follow Carson’s custom cocktail recipes and learn dining menu
- Serve wine, draught, and bottled beer.
- Accurately and Honestly enter orders into POS, collects money and return change for drinks/food served. Accurately reports tips.
- Maintain a neat and clean bar area on a continual basis.
- SHOW UP TO WORK ON TIME AND HAVE A GOOD POSITIVE ATTITUDE
