Company DescriptionWe are in search of a Server Side Web Developer to contribute to the creation, development, and maintenance of robust server-side applications that power our web interactions. Emphasis is placed on ensuring security and scalability. MUST have back-end web experience.
Compensation for the Server Side Web Developer:
- 3-7 years: $100K-$120K plus bonus.
- 7+ years: $120K-$140K plus bonus.
- Over 80% employer coverage for medical benefits, including prescription and vision plans.

Responsibilities of the Server Side Web Developer:
- Create and implement efficient server-side solutions for web applications.
- Collaborate with front-end developers and UX/UI designers.
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and address vulnerabilities.
- Apply expertise to optimize application performance and scalability.
Qualifications for the Server Side Web Developer:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Have experience as a Server Side Developer, utilizing languages like Ruby, Python, or Java.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with server-side frameworks such as Django, Flask, or Ruby on Rails.
- Designing and interacting with databases, covering both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Must live in: Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia, or West Virginia
