Lob is coming to LoDo! It’s a brand-new, wildly fun bocce-golf game that anyone you roll with can play. Add locally infused craft food and drinks for the ultimate night out. We are looking for dynamic and highly personable individuals to join our powerhouse team. The ideal candidates will oversee the seamless flow of the F&B experience, ensuring timely delivery of ordered menu items to all guests, and cultivating a hospitable and inviting atmosphere.
Our Denver location will be modeled after our Toronto property, which can be found at lobplay.com.

Specific Accountabilities
- Live the Lob values and contribute positively to our culture.
- Communicate effectively with all team members to ensure seamless service.
- Offer exemplary service through guest engagement.
- Teach guests how to use our innovative ordering software.
- Take guest orders when needed in our POS system.
- Answer answer questions about our F&B program, our game and how to self-order.
- Anticipate guest needs; always stay one step ahead with table maintenance and service.
- Work safely and monitor the cleanliness of your section.
- Gather feedback and recommend ideas for continuous improvements.
- Accommodate special requests and preferences whenever possible.
- Handle guest concerns and feedback professionally, seeking assistance from management when necessary.
- Contribute to an environment that is warm, welcoming, and fun for guests and fellow employees.
- Execute standard operating procedures. Continually seeking improvements.
- Must be able to handle change well and adjust to new circumstances with a helpful attitude.
- Can manage several tasks and requests at once.
- Perform other duties as required.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with reservations systems and quick to learn new software.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with an appropriate sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated and very hands-on.
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role a plus.
- English proficiency required. Additional languages are beneficial.
Working Conditions
This position involves standing for extended periods.
