Server - Retirement Community

Flexible Schedules! Titan SenQuest Management, Inc. is a seeking part-time and full-time food servers for The Willows Assisted Living, our senior living community in Blackfoot, ID. If you are someone who wants to make a difference in your work environment, has a positive attitude, and is passionate about providing exceptional service to our senior residents, we want to talk to you! No previous experience as a server required. Servers are responsible for serving meals to residents’ tables or resident’s rooms, following company procedures in a courteous, friendly manner.

Servers will present meal and menu alternatives to residents and provide exceptional customer service; take resident orders; deliver meals to resident and guest tables; bus tables; sanitize tables and chairs; restock table caddies; vacuum carpets and mop floors in dining room; and reset tables between meal service.

We serve breakfast, lunch, and supper 7 days per week. Most server shifts are 12 hours in length. This is a very rewarding job for anyone wanting to make some extra money.

Job Qualifications

• Ability to present meal and menu alternatives to residents and guests.
• General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.
• Effectively communicate in English with residents and other employees.
• Must demonstrate high standards of ethics and personal accountability.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Push, pull or lift up to 25 lbs.
• Regular attendance is required.
