Server Pool Bar & Cafe - Seasonal - Beau Rivage

THE JOB:

As a Server for Pool Bar & Cafe, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by serving guests in our quick-service restaurants. By understanding our guests’ unique stories and needs, you will deliver WOW experiences that our guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet and engage with guests, smiling, and hearing their stories as you complete transactions within the POS registers, and ensure store stock and cleanliness.
• Consistently provide a positive guest experience by maintaining the appearance of the front and back-of-house areas to company standards.
• Ensure guest safety by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Comfortable working in an outdoor environment.
• Adapt to varying weather conditions and ensuring the same high level of service poolside.
• Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences
• Describes themselves as detail-oriented
• Can handle multiple tasks at one time
