- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Enter orders into the Toast POS system and process payments through the cash register
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and addressing any concerns
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
- Deliver beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Clear tables and assist with bussing to maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
