Server opportunity - Full-Time and Part-Time
With multiple Restaurants, Bars and Banquet operation, your development and learning is never ending. The Club is open Tuesday through Sunday during season (April-October) and Wednesday through Sunday during the off-season (October-March). Weekend and holiday availability is also important.

Located eight miles from downtown Pittsburgh, in the heart of the South Hills, St. Clair Country Club is searching for motivated, reliable and passionate Dining Room staff. Our Team is committed to providing the highest quality dining, social, entertainment and recreational experiences to its 870 members and their families and guests. The Club operation is open year round, offering four a la carte Restaurants ranging from casual to fine dining.
Compensation:
Starting rate: $15.40 an hour. Day shift also receives $75 shift pay.
Once trained: A la carte servers are paid a rate of $8/hr plus a guaranteed gratuity fee of 18%.
There is also the opportunity for added gratuity in addition to the guaranteed gratuity fee.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides outstanding service with a smile to our members and their guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Greets members and guests in all areas of the club and dining room with warm smile, eye contact, and use of member's last name.
- Displays teamwork and doing "whatever it takes" to deliver optimum member/guest experience.
- Takes drink and food orders accurately
- Enters orders into POS
- Performs opening and closing duties
- Remains productive throughout shift with opening/closing side work assigned by Service Manager or Dining Room Manager.
- Promotes Club activities to members
- Handles issues courteously and professionally
- Lifts and carries up to 15-25 pounds regularly
