We are looking for a friendly face to join our team as a Server Assistant to help support our Food and Beverage Team!

The Server Assistantwill be responsible for providing an unmatched level of customer service, assisting with the overall Food and Beverage operation, while representing Quail West with the highest level of professionalism at all times.

• Pay rate: $12.00/hour + gratuities.

• Setting and clearing tables
• Serving Non-alcoholic beverages
• Restocking Condiments in kitchen
• Support servers and carry food trays
• Put member names in Jonas
• Provide quality products, excellent service and a friendly atmosphere for all members.
• Fill and replenish water, rolls and butter.
• Deliver dirty table settings to dish-washing area.
• Rack all dirty glasses in designated dish-washing area.
• Oversee cleanliness of restaurant.
• Take soiled linens to laundry.
• Empty all garbage. Heavy lifting may be required up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain proper sanitation, safety procedures and cleanliness in work areas.
• Follow all policies and procedures outlined by Manager and the employee handbook.
• Act as an extension of the security department in protecting the assets of the club and all members by observing and reporting any questionable activity.
• Assume all responsibilities as delegated by the Manager and do any or all other duties that may be required to fulfill member needs and requests.
• Make sure stations are clear of all dirty dishes, area is mopped, and all garbage bags clean before end of shift.
• All meetings are mandatory.

• No experience required but must have a great attitude; be a team player and customer service oriented.

• ServSafe certification, if available

• The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
• Physical activities required on a daily basis will consist of standing and walking for long periods of time. Must be able to lift 30-40 pounds. Must be able to work long hours during the season.
