Position Purpose
To support wait staff in order to ensure an efficient dining experience for guests.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Clear tables of all glasses, cutlery, dishes and trash and prepare tables for new guests.
• Support Servers when needed to bring needed items to tables or refill drinks.
• Respond tactfully to guest complaints.
• Communicate all guest complaints or suggestions to the Front House Manager.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Become familiar with casino events and promotions in order to accurately inform dining guests.
• Clear tables of used service items as needed.
• Follow all alcohol sale and food safety ordinances and regulations.
• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
• Comply with tip reporting procedures and Title 31 requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Qualifications
Licensing
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Gaming License
Work Requirements
Shift Hours: Wed-Sun (4:45 pm - 10 pm) 30 hr/week
Requires problem solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. Position involves prolonged walking, stooping, or bending, lifting, or carrying up to 50 pounds daily. Work is performed in a casino environment with varying levels of lighting, air quality, noise, and / or temperature.
