Server Assistant

As a Server Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant by assisting the servers and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Assist servers with setting up tables and preparing the dining area
- Clear tables and reset them promptly for the next guests
- Refill water glasses and assist with drink orders
- Assist in delivering food orders to tables
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests' inquiries and concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Assist with any other tasks as assigned by the management team

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of bussing, food preparation, and guest services is a plus
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Knowledge of POS systems is an advantage
- Culinary or banquet experience is a bonus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
