Responsibilities:
- Assist servers in providing excellent guest service by promptly and efficiently clearing and resetting tables
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including wiping down tables and chairs, and ensuring condiments are stocked
- Support food safety protocols by handling and disposing of dirty dishes and utensils properly
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to guests
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest requests and concerns
-Assist in running food to tables
Skills:
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Experience in bussing tables in a restaurant setting
- Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact
- Familiarity with Toast POS is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work in both banquet and restaurant settings
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations
