SalaryPerforms duties to inspect modules, sequence modules according to customer demands, and ship parts according to customer’s production schedule.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:.
SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:
- Work with computer scanning devices and computer display read outs
- Sequence racks according to customer demand print outs and rack numbers
- Identifies problems with completed modules and notifies management
- Load and unload trailers for shipping as required by deliver schedule
- Ensure rack sheets are attached to each cart as required by customer
- Sets up and tries new tooling, prototypes, and assists in maintaining current tooling.
- Report rack maintenance issues or broken parts to ensure racks are maintained to customer requirements and expectations.
- Creatively seeks improvements in working conditions, the process and its capability, which also includes working with his / her peers.
- Maintains required records.
SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:
- Serves as a member of various committees as needed.
- 5S and cleaning duties.
- Follows all safety rules and keeps work area in a clean and orderly condition.
- Performs other duties as necessary.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Works in factory environment with noise from manufacturing environment. Exposure to moving equipment, parts and electrical shock. Possible serious injury due to carelessness around equipment.
- Sometimes lifts, carries or moves objects – weighing up to 25 pounds.. Push / Pull objects safely and ergonomically.
