As a crucial member of our team, you'll enjoy competitive compensation ranging from $25.00 to $30.00 per hour and sales bonuses, along with comprehensive benefits such as a 401(k) with matching, health, dental, paid time off, flexible schedules, and professional development assistance. Additionally, ALL tools will be provided, no on-call, fully-stocked fridge with meals daily, monthly all-company breakfast & review raffle (TVs, iPads, pizza ovens, etc.), and every other Monday there is a hairstylist on site for company-provided haircuts.

Your workday as a Septic Pump Truck Technician begins with careful and precise driving to designated locations, ensuring timely and safe arrivals. Engaging with customers, you conduct thorough assessments of their sewer or septic needs, upholding our commitment to exceptional service. Operating our state-of-the-art vacuum Pump Truck, you expertly complete Septic Pumping services, leaving behind satisfied clients and a job well executed. In a dynamic and varied role, each day offers new challenges and opportunities for professional growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Possession of a Class A or B CDL license with a Tanker Endorsement
• A clean driving record
• Physical ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift 50 to 75 pounds
• Exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to listen, learn, and adapt to different situations
