Job Description:

Are you passionate about driving organic search traffic and optimizing websites to rank higher on search engine results pages (SERPs)? We are looking for an SEO Specialist with a focus on organic search to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for improving our website's visibility, enhancing organic search rankings, and increasing organic traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Keyword Research:

- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases.

- Analyze search intent to align content with user expectations.

2. On-Page Optimization:

- Optimize website content for target keywords, including title tags, meta descriptions, and headers.

- Ensure website pages are well-structured and user-friendly.

3. Technical SEO:

- Collaborate with the web development team to address technical SEO issues, such as site speed, mobile-friendliness, and indexing.

4. Content Strategy:

- Develop and execute content strategies that resonate with the target audience and align with SEO goals.

- Create engaging, high-quality, and SEO-friendly content.

5. Link Building:

- Implement white-hat link-building strategies to enhance the website's authority and credibility.

- Monitor and manage backlink profiles.

6. SEO Audits:

- Conduct regular SEO audits to identify areas for improvement.

- Track and report on key SEO performance metrics.

7. Competitive Analysis:

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' SEO strategies.

- Adjust SEO strategies based on market dynamics.

8. Reporting:

- Generate and present regular reports on SEO performance to management.

- Make data-driven recommendations for SEO improvements.

Requirements:
