We have rigorous hiring requirements that will require showing examples of your SEO work. If you do not have high quality SEO websites to show us do not apply to this position. Before qualifying for an interview, require the examples and we will present a test for you to see how quickly you can size up websites for SEO work. About the position

Can you consistently produce quality SEO ranking results ? Are you an expert with SEMRush? Are you willing to work hard and prove that your prior SEO results qualify for you to join our team?

The ideal applicant must know how to develop and implement SEO strategies to grow high conversion traffic effectively and efficiently. This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will be a full-time employee working remotely but should be close to our Greensboro, NC office for occasional office meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• At least 4 years of progressive SEO experience.
• Being able to commute or travel to our Greensboro, NC office on occasion.
• Expert knowledge of SEO performance marketing, conversions, and online acquisitions

Competencies:

• Robust understanding of SEO auditing and reporting tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and creativity, with the ability to dig extensively into metrics and analytics
• Experience using Google Analytics and Google Search Console to strategically assess opportunities and make data-driven decisions, turning insights into actionable and measurable strategies resulting in tangible improvements in lead generation.
• Understanding the complexity of SEO work and stay up to date on changes to the SEO space.
• Skilled with keyword and competitive research using enterprise-level SEO tools including SEMRush, Moz, and more.
• Skilled in white-hat methods of improving SERP rankings
• Strong analytical skills to review data, analyze results, and turn insights into actionable and measurable actions.
• Demonstrated success in both B2C and B2B businesses
• Able to work in Wordpress
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint

Work Environment

This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
