Requirements
Basic Qualifications:- A Bachelors degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
- A Professional Engineer License.
- Knowledge of the Puget Sound market to support and lead marketing efforts.
- A commitment to promote and uphold Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) principles.
- Adeptness at functioning as a project manager, mentor, and leader within collaborative team environments.
- Proficiency in interacting with existing and potential clients, and the aptitude to effectively drive marketing and business expansion initiatives.
- Familiarity with the local and regional market landscape to steer and elevate business development efforts.
- Demonstrable technical acumen, underpinned by astute organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client interactions and business development.
