The Role:
Cognizant is looking for an expert and innovative Senior Developer in Fulfillment and Assurance to serve our diverse base of global clients. As a member of our team, you will build innovative, cloud-based software that powers modern business. An ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a diverse, collaborative, geographically distributed team. Similarly, the candidate is an experienced engineer who values the "team", drives continuous improvement and is unafraid to challenge the legacy status quo with creative cloud-based solutions.
As the Senior Developer in Fulfillment & Assurance, you'll spearhead the development and integration of pivotal solutions within our service assurance systems. Applying your expertise in, API Integration, Zabbix, Grafana, and service assurance domain knowledge, you'll significantly contribute to advancing our service fulfillment and assurance platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Work efficiently and collaboratively in an Agile (Scrum or Kanban) team environment.
• Develop and integrate solutions demonstrating API Integration within service assurance frameworks, ensuring robustness and scalability.
• Apply Zabbix and Grafana for monitoring and analysis, contributing to the optimization and performance enhancement of service assurance systems.
• Collaborate closely with multi-functional teams, providing technical leadership and driving innovative solutions aligned with service assurance objectives.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in software development, particularly within service assurance or related domains.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced certifications are advantageous.
• Skilled in Zabbix, Grafana and API Integration.
• Expertise in API Integration, showcasing experience in developing scalable solutions within service assurance contexts.
• Proficiency in Zabbix and Grafana, utilizing these tools for monitoring and analysis within service assurance systems.
• Understanding of Service Assurance for OSS, including fundamental concepts and processes within the domain.
• Good analytical Skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities, capable of addressing technical challenges and proposing effective solutions.
• Great collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively within teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and adapt to evolving requirements.
• Java proficiency is a plus.
• Good knowledge with service assurance for OSS is desired.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary is depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
