Senior WorkFusion Developer

A recognized services organization in New Jersey is looking to add an experienced Senior WorkFusion Developer for a promising opportunity with their growing team. In this role, Senior WorkFusion Developer will be responsible for developing procedures for the solution of well-defined routine business problems, or for segments of complex and difficult problems or systems.
Responsibilities:
The Senior WorkFusion Developer will:

• Meet with business unit representatives to define and evaluate moderately complex business automation needs. Interpret business specifications to prepare for analysis/design functions
• Develop design and analysis of systems and/or programs and system implementation schedules
• Generate, test, and document program code; debug and resolve moderate to complex problems
• Modify existing applications programs or writes new programs of moderate to high complexity and scope, working with applications systems designs and specifications and utilizing standards, procedures, and techniques
• Independently perform problem determination and resolution in the production environment
• Coordinate testing and debugging for programming changes and assist subordinates with debugging, whenever necessary.
• Prepare system documentation, as required
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Programmer / Analyst
• High School Diploma / GED
• Familiarity with related Development environments
• Working knowledge and experience with: Fusion; Git; Java; XML; MS SQL; Azure Dev Ops; IntelliJ IDEA; API, REST and SOAP services
• Solid problem solving and time management skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized

Desired Skills:

• Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Science, and/or a related field
• Working knowledge and experience with Power Automate or Cognos
