We're looking for an amazing Senior Web Producer to fill this role, which is based in our Seattle office. You'll be responsible for analyzing process and making recommendations for improving functionality and workflow within the content management system (CMS). Our CMS supports all content and merchandising on Hollandamerica.com and Seabourn.com

Responsibilities

• Be the subject matter expert for the producer teams for our Content Management System.
• Collaborates with User Experience and Interaction Design, Content, and Product Owner team members when new or changed templates or components are needed.
• Gather requirements from the team, communicate to IT, and lead user acceptance testing.
• Designs and rolls out workflow improvements for the team by using the CMS efficiently.
• Support the ecommerce growth goals by creating best in class online user experiences helping customers dream, select, and book a cruise online. Work closely with the marketing and creative services teams to create a cohesive brand experience across channels and aligned with overall marketing campaign goals. Follow customer feedback and analytics to make decisions to optimize experiences. Manages own projects, timeline, and proofs own work to ensure quality outputs
• Train and assist the team on complex publishing tasks. Solves issues encountered by the team and represent point of contact with IT on escalations. Helps team achieve desired results by using the power of the CMS.
• Be the expert producer on Organic Search Optimization (SEO). Create and communicate to the producer teams best practices
• Leverage data to optimize existing experiences and recommend needed changes to improve web conversion rates

Requirements

• Experience with Adobe Analytics or other analytics tools related to measurement of content or page effectiveness.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Creative suite.
• Experience converting static designs and content assets into interactive digital media.
• Expertise with using content management systems and automated workflows to create and publish interactive digital experiences.
• Understanding of user-centered design methods and techniques.
• ADA Best Practice Knowledge
• BTC ecommerce experience
• Experience with translation workflows
• Experience content editing JSON or other language
• Experience or familiarity with Adobe AEM, Target and Analytics
• Technical SEO experience involving content production and schema markup

• Base Salary Range: $84,700.00 to $114,400.00 The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
