Senior Web Designer

Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented staff and project supervisor to join our team of designers, project managers and product managers to produce a best-in-class websites.

Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience within a design and web production role (or similar operational role within large-scale heavily matrixed web or marketing organizations)
• Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI) or equivalent
• Depth of knowledge and/or breadth of experience with website production (content/design, SEO, stakeholder reviews and approvals, adherence to legal reviews and approvals, adherence to website governance requirements, etc.).
• Experience with email marketing platforms and content management systems.
• Proficient in HTML and CMS
• Ability to take complex project and break them down to executable smaller projects.
• Experience with google analytics and other web analytics services.
• Experience with managing multiple projects in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
• Hands on experience with project management systems.
