As a Senior Web Designer on the Marketing Sites Team, your main responsibility will be to design branded marketing sites for a large and growing list of internal brands. The work you do will foster a positive public perception of our brands, and will positively impact the experience of the thousands of customers that visit our sites each day.

• You have 3+ years of relevant design experience.

• Designing exceptional web experiences from start to finish, participating in all phases of design, from definition to development and optimization.
• Helping to level up and coach junior and mid-level designers through their career paths.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams across the org to deliver a great customer experience.
• Collaborating with the data team to enhance your designs.
• Providing feedback and participating in and leading design meetings to drive progress forward.
• Working hand in hand with front-end and back-end developers to bring your designs to life.

Our Hiring Process has 3 levels:

• A phone interview with a Lead, Manager, or Director to chat about the company, position, and most importantly, learn more about you. We’ll contact you after to schedule the next round of interviews or let you know if we don’t think you’re the right fit.
• A panel interview with a manager or Lead, Director of Design, and fellow designer. We will ask you questions relating to your skillset and general questions to assess communication skills and how well you align with our core values.
• A final interview with the VP of Design. We follow up with an offer or let you know if we feel that you aren't the right fit.

• Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day tasks.
