Wiss Family Office started 5 years ago and continues to experience tremendous growth and high volume of client referrals from Wiss relationship partners.
We are looking for a Senior Wealth Advisor, who will be responsible for supporting and implementing Wiss' Family Office Private Client offering. The Senior Wealth Advisor will manage High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth client relationships, work with the other areas at Wiss including Estate Planning, Tax, Transaction Advisory to develop highly customized sophisticated plans for clients.

We are looking for a Senior Wealth Advisor, who will be responsible for supporting and implementing Wiss' Family Office Private Client offering. The Senior Wealth Advisor will manage High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth client relationships, work with the other areas at Wiss including Estate Planning, Tax, Transaction Advisory to develop highly customized sophisticated plans for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact in supporting client's overall financial planning needs
- Develop in depth custom materials including cash flow, estate, tax and insurance
- Primary point of contact for clients' families
- Acquire, develop, and retain assets within existing client base
- Train future financial advisors and staff to support client base
- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field.
- 8-10 years' experience in a full service RIA or other type of Financial Services Institution
- Series 65 and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) required, other licenses (CFA, etc) a plus
- Prior experience working in an accounting firm a huge plus
- Advanced understanding of the full range of financial, tax and estate planning topics and solutions and depth of experience working with ultra high net worth and high net worth clients
- Client-centric with high ethical standards
- Demonstrated development of talent, training, and mentoring staff
- High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
- Critical thinking skills to assess clients' current financial position and evolving needs or requirements
- Professional and positive demeanor, superb work ethic, high level of personal ethics and integrity
- Thrives in a team-based environment; able to collaborate; comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial fashion.
