Senior Warranty Coordinator

Servco Lexus Honolulu Service is seeking a Senior Warranty Coordinator to code and process warranty claims; book, reconcile warranty reports, correct and submit claims; and provide clerical support to the Service Manager. This individual will also coordinate and schedule outer island warranty work for Kona, Hilo, and Kauai Lexus customers.
Responsibilities:

• Accurately book, code, and process Lexus warranty claims
• Make adjustments/corrections on any returned claims and resubmit for processing
• Review repair orders with technician comments and proof for accuracy
• Close repair orders
• Prepare, maintain, and organize files
• Coordinate outer island warranty work for Big Island and Kauai Lexus customers
• Assist the Service Manager and Service Consultants as needed
• Process and post third party vendor purchase orders, and final close as necessary
• Reconcile Warranty Receivables Account, and Purchase Order Accounts
• Reconcile Warranty Chargebacks Report and allocate appropriate chargebacks to parts and service respectively

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum three years of clerical work experience involving data entry, accounting or claims processing
• Minimum one year of automotive booking, coding, and warranty processing work experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Auto dealer management system experience preferred
• Ten-key by touch
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be analytical, detail and deadline oriented
• Must be able to multi-task
• Work schedule is Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm
