What you will do as a Senior Warehouse Associate
As the Senior Warehouse Associate, you will support the regional sales team in delivering life-saving neurovascular devices to customers and patients by administering and operating the organization's warehouses, including receipt, processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment, and preform cycle count activities. You will assist in the preparation and coordination of schedules for shipping and receiving materials, controlling the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space. Also, you will ensure the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment and work with third-party courier companies to ensure timely delivery of materials to customers and sales team locations.
- Check inventory records to determine availability of requested products.
- Compile and inspect incoming/outgoing kits for compliance with specifications and usage.
- Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.
- Implement and support Quality initiatives throughout branch.
- Confer with distribution, sales, shipping, warehouse, or common carrier personnel in order to expedite or trace deliveries.
- Manage inventories by tracking inventory records reflecting product movement, notifying departments when supplies of specific items are low, or when orders would deplete available supplies.
- Set up and organize the warehouse for incoming and outgoing surgery shipments.
- Keep records on the use and/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment, inventory for expiration dates, etc.
- Communicate cross functionally with Neurovascular Sales, Commercial Operations, project management team, and third-party courier service.
What you need
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Associates Degree preferred
- 3+ years of warehouse experience required
- Warehouse/Inventory Control experience in a demanding and fast-paced environment preferred.
- Valid Driver’s license with good driving record

Pay: $21.25 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 48 per week
