Our client is seeking a Senior Video Systems Engineer; this candidate will have technical/engineering responsibility for all our clients' video network architecture and design.

Responsibilities:

• Set the standards and technical direction for the architecture of the data network infrastructure
• Work in an environment that requires expertise with both LAN and WAN network technologies
• Facilitate engineering and architecture meetings with all levels of staff
• Generate documentation in the form of project plans, network designs, topology diagrams, IP address, DNS, SIP, H.323 configuration files, case notes, tech tips and best practices

Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering , or equivalent training.
• 7+ years of related work experience
• Expertise with advanced TCP/IP networking concepts, Specific experience supporting and troubleshooting firewall/security, IP, DNS,SIP, H.323 DHCP,NAT,HTTP/HTTPS
• Authentication protocols(including RADIUS and LDAP, AD, SSO),and Network Management Systems (TMS/NMS)
• Experience and mastery of H.323, SIP, TCP, UDP, Ethernet, H.263, H.264, streaming media/protocols, gateways, video bridging, call manager.
• Experience with Cisco and Polycom Video products
• Solid experience with packet tracing/sniffing tools
• Cisco certification
