The Role
Serve as the Strategy lead across the healthcare practice business for large volume accounts.
Create and facilitate agency and client ideation sessions and trainings relevant to strategy, brand positioning, and creative direction.
Coordinate Integrated Solutions with account teams from RFP to program design to steward new business process.
Create and launch corporate and brand-level narrative workshops for healthcare clients.
Prospect for new business leads via attendance and engagement at industry events and professional network.
Oversee the design and execution of research methodologies to deliver data-driven insights that shape business recommendations.
Work with global teams to develop market-specific strategies and rollouts.
Liaise with HR teams to identify and develop talent, including onboarding, training, annual reviews; and with account teams to plan against infrastructure grid, resource staffing, and finance.
Set strategy for the North America's Healthcare practice thought leadership approach, inclusive of white paper development, and content calendars across industry trades and social channels.
Continued development of new client offerings including Health Equity capability, Annual Trends Report, Brand Reputation Tracking to service unaddressed client needs.
Partner with executive-level leadership on recommendations for Client Manager Program, BCW Mentorship programs, People Promise Committee, and Community and Purpose Think Tanks.
Manage and monitor staffing and business activities to ensure financial health and profitability of team, collaborating with operations and finance on regular basis.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. $300,000/yr.
Experience that contributes to your success:
Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.
Must have 3 years of experience with/in:
- Business consulting within Public Relations or Marketing developing expertise across a variety of healthcare/pharmaceutical sectors and stakeholders;
- Aligning business goals across geographic markets, understanding local and global implications on drug launches, campaigns, and communicating to different patient populations;
- Leading teams across disparate functions including creative, research, strategy and content
- Manipulating large data sets and relational databases for analysis and strategic recommendations
- Conducting primary and secondary research within qualitative and quantitative methodologies: including regression analysis, social listening, focus groups, survey design, audience segmentation, and ROI analysis; and
- Using research and data analytics platforms to inform insight generation and strategic recommendations such as Bloomberg, Cision, Brandwatch, Factiva, Forrester, or Qualtrics.
- Up to 5% domestic and international travel required.
