Job Summary:
The Veradigm Design & Human Experience team ideates, envisions, and crafts meaningful digital experiences for healthcare professionals and their patients across the care continuum. The team's three core capabilities of Research, Strategy, and Design are orchestrated to elevate the electronic health records (EHR) and practice management (PM) experiences within Veradigm's suite of Provider products.
The Senior UX Researcher will develop and lead generative and evaluative research activities and analyze and synthesize the findings into actionable outputs that can be used to design and improve the experience across Veradigm's suite of products.
What you will contribute:
- Works closely with our product management and software engineering teams to ensure that high quality user experiences are integral to our products
- Acts as an internal UX research consultant by providing business and technical guidance on user experience research to Development, Product Management and other stakeholders
- Meets and collaborates with users and development partners to validate conceptual designs
- Provides rationale behind design decisions, and disseminate information to both product and technical teams
- Breaks down complex technical concepts into easy, understandable terms and effectively communicate appropriate to audience
- Documents and presents the findings of research to a variety of different audiences
- Applies best in breed methods for collecting user input as well as create and adapt appropriate methods to ensure that the most valid, useful data is being collected
- Ensures the quality, design, experience and value of current products in the market as well as the next product in development
- Works with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather business requirements
- Conducts in-depth analysis of findings from research and present data in compelling, actionable formats
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Technical / Business experience Required
- 4-7 years relevant work experience Preferred

Compensation
In compliance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act we are disclosing the compensation range for roles that could be performed in the required city/states (California, Colorado, New York City and Washington State).
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, skill level and/or internal equity.
The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
