Senior UX Designer
Full-time
Hybrid - 2 days in Stamford, CT
The Sr. UX Designer will act as a consultant with clients to understand their goals and create digital design optimizing the user experience. The right person will have experience strategically thinking about the end to end experience of our client's customers, and gain a deep understanding of desired client outcomes and effectively match client needs with our solutions to drive optimal business value.
The Sr. UX Designer will work closely with PureRED Account Management, Creative, and Development teams to create wireframes, sitemaps, and screen flows of our digital solutions. This person will have a solid understanding of UX and design principles and applies these skills in creating clean, intuitive interfaces and branded experiences for clients.
What you'll do:

• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the user experience across our client's website
• Bring User Centered Design (UCD) process methodology leadership to digital applications from concept to launch
• Be the user advocate within the team, and lead the process for user testing
• Understand both frontend development and backend system capabilities
• Regularly monitor the website to proactively uncover opportunities (ranging from small to large-scale) to improve user experience and page flow

Requirements
What you'll need:

• 5+ years of experience working professionally in the field
• High-level understanding of UX best practices
• Experience creating highly detailed annotated wireframes, user flows and process flows within e-commerce experiences and marketing sites
• The ability to sketch and generate big-picture ideas for early-stage UX work
• Experience planning user research including A/B and multi-variant testing and the ability to distill usability tests results and turn them into actionable interface results
