As we embark on our journey to revolutionize cardiovascular healthcare, we are seeking an experienced mid or senior level Full-stack Software Engineer to join our growing team. You will be at the forefront of building our MVP SaaS product for our network of cardiology practices, helping us shape the future of cardiovascular health and value-based care. As one of our first full-time engineering hires, you will play a pivotal role in developing our MVP SaaS product and contributing to the success of our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and define the User Experience and design strategy for our MVP SaaS product.
Conduct user research, gather insights, and translate findings into actionable design improvements.
Create high-quality User Experiences and intuitive UI designs for complex healthcare workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to ensure design aligns with product goals and vision.
Develop and maintain information architecture and interaction design principles.
Qualifications
Preferred:
Proven experience in supporting health tech software development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
Track record of working effectively in early-stage startup environments, demonstrating adaptability and a hands-on approach.
Deep understanding of SaaS and B2B software design, including experience with complex workflows.
Proficiency in working with remote teams, fostering effective collaboration.
Strong expertise in developing high-quality User Experiences and UI designs.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience working with various user personas, vendors, and technology standards within the healthcare space.
Understanding of value-based care and its impact on healthcare delivery.
