At Unisys, we are looking for aSenior UI/UX Designerwho can create engaging and effective user interfaces that visualize dataand insights in a clear and compelling way. You will work closely with product managers to understand the user and business needs and translate them into intuitive and elegant solutions. You will also lead and participate in design reviews with stakeholders, incorporate feedback in a positive manner, and collaborate with engineers to ensure the quality and feasibility of your designs. Additionally, you will apply UX research methods and testing activities to evaluate user behavior and feedback, stay updated on competitor products and industry trends, and prioritize customer satisfaction over task completion. As a senior designer, you will also lead and mentor team members and initiate productive discussions within and outside the team. You will work independently within management guidelines and provide direction when needed.

* Lead and participate in design reviews with stakeholders, incorporate feedback in a positive manner, and collaborate with engineers to ensure the quality and feasibility of your designs.
* Apply UX research methods and testing activities to evaluate user behavior and feedback.
* Stay updated on competitor products and industry trends.
* Lead and mentor team members and initiate productive discussions within and outside the team.
* Work independently within management guidelines and provide direction when needed.
* Have extensive experience in data visualizationdesign, including charts, graphs, dashboards, etc.
* Have a strong understanding of UX design principles, such as affordances, signifiers, feedback, constraints, etc., as described in "The Design of Everyday Things" by Don Norman.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
* Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years' experience * Experience with multiple roles in Product and Solutions management and complementary experiences in Market management and strategic planning recommended.
