GPIis seeking a Traffic Engineering project manager to join our growing Pennsylvania Traffic group in any of the following offices: Allentown, King of Prussia, Mechanicsburg, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, or Scranton.
We have an exciting range of Traffic Engineering projects supporting private and public development projects. We are looking for an individual with prior experience in Traffic Engineering to join a team and build a career alongside some of the best in the industry.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing challenging and varying projects
- Leading a team of experienced engineers and technicians
- Mentoring junior staff
- Communicating with clients and local and state agencies and attending public hearings
- Managing project scopes, schedules, and budgets
- Writing contracts and reviewing invoices
- Ensuring the technical accuracy, standard engineering practices, and inclusion of appropriate documentation on various project plans, reports, and design documents
What You Need:
- BS in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 15 + years of experience in Traffic Engineering with both private and public clients
- Experience with project management
- Communication skills for public hearings and working with public agencies
- PE license is required
- Knowledge of traffic analysis software applications (Synchro/SimTraffic and HCS)
