Senior Toolmaker

As a Toolmaker and Operator (also known as Mold Maker, Equipment Technician), you'll focus on preventative maintenance, assembly of Plastic Injection Molds, and creating necessary jigs or fixtures. You'll also train others in the safe and proper use of equipment and prepare molds for production. Your role will involve reading, interpreting, and analyzing blueprints, inspecting and repairing tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum ten years of hands-on experience with Mold Making.
• Proficiency in using Grinders, Mills, EDM, and other tooling machines.
• Experience with Blueprint Reading, Lean Manufacturing Principles, and Troubleshooting CNC Machines.
• Proficiency in using technologies such as CNC Laser Cutter, CAM Software, CAD Software, and CNC Lathe (2-4 axis).
