Job Description:

As a Senior Test Engineer, you will be a key player in designing, developing, and implementing advanced testing methods and equipment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge testing methodologies and equipment to evaluate standard and specialized devices.
• Planning and coordinating labor, schedules, and equipment necessary for comprehensive testing and evaluation of various products.
• Providing expert guidance to the test area, defining parameters for sample testing, and specifying tests to be performed to ensure thorough evaluation of product performance.
• Analyzing data and defining necessary changes in testing equipment, procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Taking ownership of testing all customer samples and conducting special tests that require advanced expertise and cannot be performed in the standard test area.

Education and Experience:

• 14+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree
• 12+ years of experience with a Master's degree
• 9+ years of experience with a PhD

Pay: $125,195.00 - $145,000.00 per year
