Senior Test Advisor

We are seeking scientists and engineers who are interested in joining an award-winning company and working with cutting edge technologies to include: directed energy, missile defense, and space systems. The selected candidate will be a member of our dynamic Huntsville Emerging Technologies team and will work on projects involving weapon system testing and evaluation.  Our team works on state-of-the-art projects, blending engineering skills and software design. Our team members work with a wide-ranging group of customers to develop innovative and creative solutions to address the nation's most pressing challenges.

Duties Include:

• Provide subject matter expert review and assessment of test and mission planning software packages.
• Develop technical requirements addressing testing capabilities and needs.
• Coordinate test schedules and requirements with multiple US range facilities.
• Provide review and assessment of range-specific sensors and configurations.
• Provide support for logistics planning and execution.
• Provide technical, schedule, and cost risk assessments.
• Work in an agile development environment that requires initiative, attention to detail, independent thought and action, and the ability to work in a multi-disciplined teaming environment.

• Demonstrated Subject Matter Expert level knowledge of US flight test ranges, range capabilities, and range processes.
• Demonstrated experience as a US flight test range Mission Manager.
• Demonstrated experience planning and executing intra / multiple Department of Defense (DoD) test events.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project)
• Sound oral and written communication skills to clearly present and communicate technical approaches and findings to the team and the government customer
• Excellent technical writing skills
• Ability and desire to will work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
• Must be a US Citizen
• Active Top Secret with SCI Eligibility
• Travel: 25%
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in a related discipline (engineering, physics, computer science, mathematics) and 20 years or more of professional experience.
